it’s not about filling a market gap… you start a Business, when you have a feeling

Do what you are good at and outsource what you are bad at
- opposite to what School teaches you: when you are bad at smth, you got to invest time, to get good at it
- and get better and better and better at what you love doing!!!

- because the first step is the hardest…

- a blog, post your photo s

- don’t have a clear revenue plan from the beginning… experiment with different ways to get money from what you love doing…
- Airbnb sold cereal boxes at conventions (where ppl would rent a airbnb)
- and used that money to develop the app

- for his first customer, he did the first work for free…
- once they were happy… they used him forever and recomended him to others…
