why are you sitting while working??? … working is not synonymous with sitting
- not working on the wrong things, but working in the wrong way…

changing the environment!!!
- staying in the same environment, makes the brain go into energy conservation mode … and a new environment may have new recources … and gets more alert, releases Dopamine…
- also it resets the level to which you persieve to have exerted effort

you should have a work env for sitting, standing, and walking

generaly: sit for no more than 2h at a time
- and stand or walk for 5 to 10 min between it

stand 50% of work time, sit 25% and walk 25%

for standing you need a standing board!!!!

- also after walking you will focus easyer … EIT = Exercise Induced Transient Hypofrontality
