- but there are TWO ways to close this gap
- seccond way: want the things, you already have

A millionare is just on a more expensive Hedonic Treadmill, than a normal person … but still a treadmil

accept, savour, appreachiate the life you have

- pick one thing you have, that is important to you
- then imagine yourself (visualizing) not having that
- helps to not take things for granted
- can make simple things, become a special moment
- wears off with time … so do repeatetly
