The Idea of PPC

TLDR

  • there is the plan to make some kind of Software (website on https://ppc.social, desktop/mobile app) based on The MiZe Platform
    • mostly to organize:
      • this group of people (or group of groups of people)
      • what they plan on doing (I alone have a lot planned… as seen here)
      • their Ideas/Information … wiki.ppc.social, PPC The Innovation Machine
      • their communication
      • maybe even (some of) their belongings/skills: a lending/sharing/selling network similar to Ebay, Streetbank, …
      • meetups/events IRL
      • travel plans, PPCPs, …

• c2vi experimenting with social stuff until he finds something to revert the social damage Social Media has caused

  • Your 20s are for experimenting … and that’s what I’m doing…

• a “Framework/Platform” for a good life… and something about Human Connection and Purpose

  • Material things don’t make you happy, the people in your life do…
  • bringing the right people into everyone’s life, for them to have a good life
  • you can’t buy happiness, but you can sponsor PPC to do cool projects together with cool people…
  • doing something about loneliness in the world, help people connect: PPC as a loneliness initiative

  • organize cool things and have lots of fun (“everything is more fun when done together”)

  • another thing for a good life is Purpose..

    • I think working together towards cool things… gives Purpose and a fulfilled live

• It all starts with the right people

  • “bring matching/cool ppl together to do cool things”…
  • “some people have this spark in them, that makes them work on their ideas/projects/plans even if they would not get paid” (me included) … imagine what could happen, if we get all of those ppl into one group…
  • eg: very many modern inventions come from Bell Labs… which had the right people in the right Environment, with the right resources
    • can we make a new Bell Labs again plz!!!! (PPC Labs it is)
  • “more can be accomplished as a group”

• something about Trust…

  • the idea
  • “some people you can just Trust, to not do anything stupid… they could literally life in a world without Rules???”
  • PPC is Invite only …
    • recursive Invites: you invite your friends → they can invite their friends → they can invite their friends → …
    • yes, on this platform you can’t just come on and post anything… but that’s the point
      • if you want to do that, go to Twitter, or Polycentric, or Mastodon, …

• “let’s fix the world from the inside out”

  • not with politics / and not by relying on politics… but also not by rebelling politics… maybe even so some politics… idk
  • but with PPC… whatever this means/will become
  • even though I think the world is not that broken (at least here in Austria) … but still, there are things to improve

• “Scaling a friend group into the millions”???

  • how large can we grow a group of people with no/minimal confilct?

• I am a “crazy idea person” (see here) and I am searching for ppl, who

  1. challenge my ideas (tell me how stupid most of them are…)
  2. help me bring my ideas to reality (for the ones which are not so stupid)
  3. bring their own cool ideas
  • I am such a thinker not a doer (seriously it’s insanely annoying), alone I only have ideas and plans… but nothing actually gets done.
